"The sessions follow a good process to prepare and delve into the topic of interactions between different types of people. During the session, the flow of conversation is well-managed to lead discussions on points that could be potential knots and/or deserve detailed analysis to understand different perspectives that may have been more or less implicit until now (and later become sources of misunderstandings or tensions in a stress-induced team).

As for what I liked: closely related to what I wrote above, so the ability to identify factors that could become sources of problems/misunderstandings/conflicts later if not explicitly addressed before being put under stress.
