“When I start a new collaboration, it is fundamental for me to understand if my partners and I are on the same wavelength. This means ensuring that we are both compatible for smooth collaboration while also making sure that the team is sufficiently diverse and complementary (whether in our ways of being, thinking, interacting, understanding the world, acting, etc.).

Individual alignment with oneself and the project is also crucial. I want to ensure beforehand that we do not have conflicts of values and personality clashes, especially under stress.

I discovered the ICQ tool thanks to Nadège, and as it allows human aspects normally invisible to become visible through concrete measurements, I was convinced. I found it to be an excellent approach to propose to my new partners to give us every chance of success.
