Throughout my career in the corporate world but also as a cultural consultant I have experienced that most obstacles to communication and synergy in the workplace was due to lack of understanding different personalities. Indeed 80% of problems occur because of personality clashes. People leave their jobs because they are unhappy, they don’t feel understood, they feel under pressure, feel like no one is trying to understand their point of view and that can quickly become a problem for companies if they lose their best assets.
The Quietly Confident Mindset workshop is here to help introverts and extroverts understand each other on a deeper level, it starts with understanding their own self, their preferences, their values, their beliefs and most importantly what triggers them and what their saboteurs are.
When we have a deeper understanding of our past and how it has shaped us we can better understand how to adjust our behavior and adapt to circumstances which normally would trigger us.
