Nadège is a Business psychologist specialized in cross cultural consulting, training and coaching with a deep understanding of psychology and cultures.
Nadège (Franco-German) was born in Paris and grew up in Africa (Cameroon), France and Germany. She went to school both in France and Germany and obtained her “Baccalauréat” in Germany. She then returned to France to study at the “Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur” in Paris. She graduated with a BA in International business specializing in Strategic Marketing and Finance. Passionate about languages and culture she continued her studies and left France for Spain where she obtained her first MA in Global Risk Management from the “Universidad Francisco de Vitoria”, Madrid. She was then hired as a Structured Finance Associate (for South America, Africa, Eastern Europe and Yemen) in Munich by Siemens Financial Service GmbH. There she worked in multi-cultural teams and with international customers. After a few years, Siemens merged with Nokia and Nadège was given the opportunity to develop her career by being sent to Singapore. There she kept her role and was responsible for South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines). Travelling back to Europe and wanting to further develop her understanding of human nature and cultures, Nadège stopped in London and attended the MSc course in Business Psychology at the University of Westminster. Nadège is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, an associate at the Business Psychology Centre of the University of Westminster, is accredited in Insights Discovering System (Personality test) and registered with the British Psychological Society for competence in Level A and B psychometric testing.
Nadège has been accredited with the Business Cultural Trainer Certificate by the IH London.
Nadège enjoys bringing practical and hands-on experience (through exercises and case studies) in her workshops and trainings as she feels that it will enable her clients to appreciate more cultural differences and enable them to apply what they have learned in their work.
After his BSc studies Boris focused on the area of sales and gained valuable experience in the field of retail in the luxury goods sector, where meeting the customers expectations and respecting their culture and persona is crucial.
Moving on to London Boris completed the MSc in Business Psychology at the University of Westminster. In this course he focused his studies on the factors which underpin being successful as a salesperson from a psychological perspective. Boris is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, an associate at the Business Psychology Centre of the University of Westminster, is certified for a high proficiency level for ‘Advanced Microexpression Recognition’ and is registered with the British Psychological Society for competence in Level A and B psychometric testing. Working with different frameworks and methods, Boris likes to give people the opportunity to perceive and be perceived differently – preparing them to be comfortable and at their best in any given circumstance.
